Held at the beautiful Branksome Dene Room in Poole, the afternoon was the perfect opportunity to take a well-earned break, enjoy the summer sunshine, and spend quality time together outside of the office. Nestled along the stunning Dorset coastline, the venue offered breathtaking views across Poole Bay, creating the ideal setting for a relaxed afternoon with colleagues.
Our Summer BBQ is always one of the highlights of the year, giving everyone the chance to catch up, share plenty of laughs, and celebrate the fantastic team spirit that makes Aldridge Brownlee such a great place to work. Whether chatting over lunch, soaking up the sunshine, or simply enjoying the coastal surroundings, it was wonderful to see everyone making the most of the day.
No Summer BBQ would be complete without great food, and once again The Perfect Pig delivered a delicious feast that was enjoyed by all. A huge thank you to their team for the fantastic catering, and to everyone who helped organise another successful event behind the scenes.
Events like these are a reminder of how important it is to take time to celebrate our people and the relationships that make our team so strong. We value opportunities to come together away from the day-to-day demands of work, and our annual BBQ continues to be a much-loved tradition.
